Instructions

  1. Drain 1 tablespoon butter and sweat the diced kohlrabi in it.
  2. Add the clear meat stock and simmer for 5 minutes on a low flame. Then add the cream and simmer until the kohlrabi cubes are firm to the bite (about 15 minutes).
  3. Season the whole thing with pepper and nutmeg.
  4. Serve with boiled potatoes and meatballs.
