- Peel the kohlrabi, cut into sticks or slices, then bring to a boil with water and salt in a saucepan, simmer for about 15 minutes.
- In the meantime, prepare the balls. Mix the minced meat with the other ingredients and shape into small balls.
- Pour the cooked vegetables through a sieve, collecting the vegetable stock.
- Heat the butter in a saucepan, add the flour, stir in the milk and vegetable stock and bring to the boil.
- Put the kohlrabi in the sauce, place the balls on top, cover the pot and let everything simmer gently for about 15 minutes over medium heat.
