Peel the kohlrabi (thicker on the root side, thinner on the leaf side). Cut the kohlrabi into sticks (like french fries).
Heat the butter in the pan. Add sugar and let it turn yellow in three minutes. Add the kohlrabi. Add 2 tablespoons of meat stock. Steam with the pot open for 5 minutes. Salt. Add the rest of the meat stock.
Let it cook in 25 minutes (the broth should then be boiled down).
Let the kohlrabi turn a little brown. Add parsley.
