Instructions

  1. Kohlrabi, clean, peel and cut into thin slices. Finely chop the tender leaves.
  2. Melt the butter and sauté the onion cubes, add the minced meat and fry well, salt and pepper. Add the kohlrabi slices and the leaves, stir and cook for about 20 minutes. Add some meat stock as needed. Season to taste with the cream.
