Instructions

  1. Hard boil eggs, quench and peel them. Whip white wine vinegar with salt, pepper, sugar and oil. Cut the kohlrabi into sticks, cut the radishes into thin slices. Clean the rocket and pluck it into small pieces. Mix the salad ingredients with the marinade.
  2. Mix the sour cream, yoghurt and spices until smooth and cut in the cress. Arrange the salad with two halves of the egg on plates and pour the cress sour cream on top.
