Peel the kohlrabi, cut off the woody areas and grate. Quarter and core the apples and cut into cubes or strips. Mix both with the drained mandarin wedges. Chop the onion and add the chopped parsley.
For the marinade, mix the natural yoghurt with the salad mayonnaise (Miracle Whip), the juice of 1 lemon, the honey, salt and pepper. Pour the marinade over the salad and mix well. Roast the almond flakes in a pan until golden brown and sprinkle over the salad before serving.
