Instructions

  1. For the salad dressing: peel the onion and dice it very finely. Whisk with white wine vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and oil. Wash, peel and quarter the kohlrabi. Roughly grate the kohlrabi and hazelnuts into the marinade with the schnitzel and mix. Clean, wash and dry Lollo Rosso. Roughly chop up the lettuce leaves and distribute on 4 plates. Serve the kohlrabi salad on top. In a pan with a lid, roast the sesame seeds until golden brown on the highest setting and sprinkle over the salad.
