Peel the kohlrabi and cut into fine strips. Bring 1/4 liter of salted water to the boil. Simmer the kohlrabi strips for 5 minutes. Then drain through a sieve and allow to cool. In the meantime, clean the spring onions and cut into rings. Clean the radishes and cut into fine strips. Also cut the turkey breast and Gouda cheese into fine strips. Wash and quarter the tomatoes.
Make a dressing from mayonnaise, milk, tomato paste, lemon juice, the spices and some brandy.
Mix all ingredients together and fold in the dressing. Serve well chilled.
