Clean the kohlrabi, carrots and potatoes and cut into 1 cm cubes. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large saucepan and briefly sweat the vegetables in it, pour in the water and add the salt. Let everything cook for about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, dice the sausages. Season the cream with pepper and nutmeg and mix in the flour. Chop the kohlrabi green. Add the sausages to the vegetables and cook for about 10 minutes. Then add the cream and kohlrabi green, let it boil up and carefully season to taste again.
