Wash and peel the kohlrabi and use the spiral cutter to make spaghetti.
Heat some oil in a large pan or in a coated wok and sauté the spring onion, cut into small rings. Then add the kohlrabi spaghetti and cook while stirring. After a few minutes add the crushed spinach and continue steaming. Possibly add a little water. Finally stir in the quartered cocktail tomatoes and the finely chopped olives. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
