Instructions

  1. Remove the large leaves from the kohlrabi and finely chop the small ones. Peel the kohlrabi and potatoes and cut into cubes. Boil the sausages in 1 liter of water for about five minutes, add the potatoes and cook for another 10 minutes. Then add the kohlrabi cubes, season with pepper and salt and cook for another 10 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, mix the cream with the flour and season again with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Stir into the stew, add the chopped leaves and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
