Put waxy potatoes in cold, salted water and boil. As soon as these are ready, rinse with cold water and remove the peel.
Meanwhile, peel the kohlrabi, cut in half and cut into approx. 1 cm thick slices.
Dice the onions and bacon and then fry them lightly. Deglaze with a dash of wine and the stock. Add the kohlrabi and processed cheese and bring to the boil.
Meanwhile, cut the potatoes like the kohlrabi and add to the pot. Finally, add the cream and season with salt, pepper, paprika, nutmeg and dried herbs.
