Cut the peeled kohlrabi into sticks. Bring salted water to the boil, cook the kohlrabi in it for about 20 minutes. Heat the butter in a pan. Sprinkle in the flour and sweat lightly in it.
Pour 125 ml kohlrabi water and the cream. Bring everything to a boil. Add processed cheese to the sauce and dissolve in it while stirring. Then season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and sugar. Put the kohlrabi sticks in the sauce. Sprinkle the dish with chopped parsley.
