Chop or crush the garlic. Mix this with all the liquid ingredients and spices to a sauce and stir well. Then cut the leek into rings. Everything is already prepared. Now you need a bowl (preferably with a lockable lid) in which the meat can be marinated. This is layered as follows: sauce, leek, meat, sauce, leek, meat, etc
Close the lid (or otherwise cover the bowl) and place in the refrigerator. Let stand there for 1-3 days, turn the bowl halfway through (or turn the meat slices) so that the marinade is evenly distributed.
