Instructions

  1. Important: I copied this recipe from my mother and actually always do it free snout, so I cannot guarantee the amount of ingredients !!!
  2. Cut all ingredients into small pieces. Steam peppers, carrots, mushrooms one after the other (!!!) in the pan. Wipe the pan briefly in between. Pour off the sauce from the mushrooms. Cook the spinach. Sear the meat (since my friend is a vegetarian, I usually make the recipe without meat and therefore cannot give exact quantities, but the salad is designed so that the meat is only ONE ingredient and it should not include meat with noodles afterwards come out :).
  3. Salt and pepper the vegetables and meat.
  4. Cook the glass noodles according to the instructions on the package (unfortunately it is often not written in German, but if you see figures such as 3-5, then it refers to the cooking time, usually there is also a picture next to it). Do not cook too long, otherwise they will be tough! Mix the pasta with the vegetables and meat. Season with soy sauce (careful !!!) and sesame oil. When you are satisfied with the result, sprinkle with ground sesame seeds (if possible) and voila, you`re done!
  5. NOTE: In Korea the dish is served cold, but my German friends would often prefer it warm. You should finish the opened salad within a day, because it can be spoiled the next day. Therefore you have to be careful especially in summer temperatures! The portion information is appreciated because the salad is not actually served as a main course, but only as an addition.
  6. TIP: You should use as little oil as possible for frying, because the fact that the salad is seasoned with sesame oil afterwards can otherwise become a bit very slimy.
