Ingredients
Pork (pulp) – 400 g
Korean carrots (for filling and serving) – 200-300 g
Sour cream – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Vegetable oil (for frying) – 30-45 ml (2-3 tablespoons)
We wash the pork, dry it and cut it into 1 cm thick pieces, like for chops. We beat off the meat. Salt and pepper each layer on both sides (we take into account the sharpness of carrots in Korean) and grease with sour cream.
Spread Korean carrots on the edge of each piece of meat. Leave some carrots for serving. Roll the rolls with the filling tightly and fasten them with wooden skewers.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. We spread the rolls and fry until golden brown, 3-6 minutes on each side. If the meat is ready, then when punctured with a knife, clear juice will flow out.
We take out skewers from the finished rolls. Korean style pork rolls with carrots are good both hot and cold.
You can serve them with fresh herbs, vegetables, pickles, Korean-style carrots. Bon Appetit!
