Put all ingredients in a large saucepan, stir well and long, do not boil, season to taste and you`re done.
This pot is intended as a basic approach. If necessary, I remove a portion and heat the curry sauce while stirring. A good slosh on the sausage and curry powder over it.
I also use Thuringian bratwurst as a basic sausage.
Also delicious with french fries.
This sauce was developed by me and my buddy and is well received by our guests in the snack bar. I have given the quantity according to my consumption or batch quantity. If less is needed, simply calculate everything down.
