Ingredients

• 1 ½ liter tomato (s), passed
• 1 liter sauce (shashlik)
• 500 ml tomato ketchup
• 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 4 tablespoon honey
• 2 cup fried onions
• 2 tablespoon sauce (BBQ)
• 1 tablespoon chili sauce, hot
• 5 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
• 1 teaspoon, leveled pepper
• 1 cup orange juice
• 1 tablespoon curry powder

Instructions

1. Put all ingredients in a large saucepan, stir well and long, do not boil, season to taste and you`re done.
2. This pot is intended as a basic approach. If necessary, I remove a portion and heat the curry sauce while stirring. A good slosh on the sausage and curry powder over it.
3. I also use Thuringian bratwurst as a basic sausage.
4. Also delicious with french fries.
5. This sauce was developed by me and my buddy and is well received by our guests in the snack bar. I have given the quantity according to my consumption or batch quantity. If less is needed, simply calculate everything down.
