Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes and then mash them. Fry the meat with the onion in the pan. Mix everything and add salt.
  2. Shape the mixture into approx. 6 cm wide and 1 cm thick ovals. Wrap each piece with flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Fry the korokke until they turn a golden hue.
  3. Serve with a main course.
