Cut the sausage and onions into strips. Heat the rapeseed oil in a pan and brown the sausage and onions in it. Add tomato paste and fry lightly, deglaze with the water. Add the stock cube, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, cream, sugar, salt and cayenne pepper and simmer on a low heat for about 15 minutes. The sauce should be reduced a little, done!
We prefer to eat it with spaghetti and Brussels sprouts!
