- Cook the kritharaki al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
- Meanwhile, mix the tomato paste, the squeezed garlic, a good dash of olive oil, a splash of lemon juice, a pinch of cinnamon, and salt and pepper.
- Steam the onions in a pan in a little oil for about 3 minutes until they are translucent. Mix with the mixed tomato paste and roast for 2 minutes.
- Drain the pasta and mix with the paste. Serve warm.
- Tastes very good with hearty Greek meat dishes such as Bifteki or Souvlaki.
