Instructions

  1. Mix the minced meat with salt, pepper, tomato paste, ketchup, oregano and half a finely chopped onion. Then fry the minced meat mixture in a large pan with a little olive oil and leave to cool.
  2. Cook the kritharaki (can be found in every well-stocked supermarket where couscous and bulgur can be found) in salted water for about 14 minutes and drain.
  3. Dice the peppers very small (rice grain size), put the remaining half onion in three bags of Salatfix garden herbs and infuse them with a little oil.
  4. It doesn`t have to be finished products. A homemade vinegar-based herb dressing will do the same.
  5. Mix the drained pasta with the minced meat crumbs. Then add the marinated pepper cubes. Mix everything together and let it flow well.
  6. The salad tastes delicious, fresh and is quick to prepare. Also an eye catcher from a purely visual point of view, due to the rice noodles. We also like to eat the salad - despite the meat content - as a side dish for grilling.
