Instructions

1. First prepare the dressing. Squeeze the oranges. Put the juice in a bowl, add the mustard, olive oil, salt and pepper and stir thoroughly with a whisk. Season to taste and, if necessary, add salt and pepper.
2. Remove the core and blossom from the apple and slice into fine pencils. Immediately add to the bowl with the dressing and mix. Finely slice the white cabbage. Peel or scrape the carrots and also slice them into fine pencils. Add both to the apple in the bowl. Add the sunflower seeds and mix everything thoroughly. Let it steep for about 1 hour.
