Puree the strawberries with the hand blender and the cream, add yogurt and lemon juice and sugar to taste. Please note that the mixture tastes sweeter in the liquid state than the ice cream will actually taste. In addition, the sugar content naturally depends on how sweet the fruit you are processing is. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker.
Remarks:
I always make my ice cream with my ice cream maker - it just gets so much creamier.
The recipe is probably also feasible without a machine, then you have to make sure that you go to the freezer as often as possible and stir the mixture properly with a fork so that the ice crystals are as small as possible.
