Fillet the oranges and cut them into pieces. Slice open 1/2 vanilla pod.
Put the filleted oranges, the kumquats, the grain, the freshly squeezed orange juice, the vanilla pod and the white rock candy in a bottle. Close this tightly and let it steep for 6 weeks. Filter off and fill into bottles.
Tip: The liqueur can be served with 100 ml Prosecco - simply add 100 ml Prosecco to the liqueur and add a frozen kumquat.
