Instructions

  1. Knead a yeast dough from the specified ingredients. Let go until it has enlarged a lot.
  2. In the meantime, chop the walnuts and dates. Fry in a little oil until the mixture is softer and mushy. Add the cardamom.
  3. Roll out the yeast dough and cut into approx. 5 x 5 cm squares. Place a small portion of the filling on each piece of dough. Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
