Instructions

  1. Wash the rice well.
  2. Heat the oil in a saucepan and lightly fry the diced onion and tomato paste in it. Then pour 3 glasses of water on it and bring to the boil. Add the rice and cook until the mixture is slightly creamy. Then reduce the heat and let the rice simmer over low heat, stirring again and again so that it does not burn.
  3. Mixed salad goes well with it.
