Instructions

  1. Separate the egg. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and glucose together. Add the egg yolks and stir well. Add enough milk to achieve a smooth consistency, a little more if you like. Beat the egg white and fold in.
  2. I add some grated vanilla pods from the mill. If baking aroma is tolerated, this can also be used.
  3. Fry the dough in portions over medium heat in the oil.
