Mix some cold milk with the sugar and pudding powder, bring the rest of the milk to the boil and stir in the mixed powder and bring to the boil. Remove from heat and immediately place plastic wrap on top of the pudding to prevent skin from forming. To let it cool down.
Whip the cream until stiff and roughly chop the chocolate.
Pour the alcohol into the cold cream and beat well with a whisk or mixer. Carefully fold in the cream and chocolate and pour everything into a glass bowl. Garnish with chopped almonds.
