Instructions

  1. Cut the onions, garlic, pitted chillies and tomatoes into small pieces. Briefly fry the onions, garlic, nuts, caraway seeds and coriander in a hot pan. Add tomatoes and chilli and fry for another 2 minutes, season with salt and sugar and remove.
  2. Now fry the chicken all over. Add bean sprouts and fry for another 2 minutes. Add the onion and tomato mixture and mix everything well. Add coconut milk and stock and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Goes very well with Chinese noodles that I put underneath.
