- Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a slow cooker. Add rice.
- Cut the lamb into medium pieces and add to the slow cooker. Add diced carrots and chopped chili peppers. Season with spices for pilaf.
- Add chopped onions and diced pumpkin. Add fresh thyme leaves.
- Place whole garlic in the middle. Season with sea salt, pepper mix, and Italian herbs.
