Lamb Pilaf with Pumpkin (in a Slow Cooker) Instructions

  1. Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a slow cooker. Add rice.
  2. Cut the lamb into medium pieces and add to the slow cooker. Add diced carrots and chopped chili peppers. Season with spices for pilaf.
