Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into pieces approx. 2 cm in size. Finely chop the garlic.
  2. For the marinade, mix the olive oil, cumin, soy sauce, white wine and chopped garlic.
  3. Marinate the meat cubes in it for 1-2 hours.
  4. Put meat and prunes alternately on skewers.
  5. For the sauce, chop the spring onion, mix with the mint and yoghurt, season with salt and pepper.
  6. Now sprinkle the meat with a little salt (preferably ground sea salt) and grill over the hot embers for 2-3 minutes, depending on the degree of doneness.
  7. Alternatively, the skewers can also be prepared in the pan by frying them in olive oil for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Saffron rice, couscous, fried potatoes or French fries go well with it.
