Cut the meat into pieces approx. 2 cm in size. Finely chop the garlic.
For the marinade, mix the olive oil, cumin, soy sauce, white wine and chopped garlic.
Marinate the meat cubes in it for 1-2 hours.
Put meat and prunes alternately on skewers.
For the sauce, chop the spring onion, mix with the mint and yoghurt, season with salt and pepper.
Now sprinkle the meat with a little salt (preferably ground sea salt) and grill over the hot embers for 2-3 minutes, depending on the degree of doneness.
Alternatively, the skewers can also be prepared in the pan by frying them in olive oil for 2-3 minutes.
Saffron rice, couscous, fried potatoes or French fries go well with it.
