Briefly grill the lamb (heat it up), as well as the wrap.
Place the warmed wrap on a board and brush with two tablespoons of garlic sauce (leaving the edges free). Place the meat, the herbs (parsley and basil) and the onion on top and brush again with two tablespoons of garlic sauce. Finally refine with sumac spices.
Fold the lower half of the wrap inwards, then fold the right and left sides towards the middle with a little tension. Finished!
