Mix the oil, a little salt and a dash of herb vinegar with the Maggi in a salad bowl that is not too small, then stir in the dried herbs. The sauce shouldn`t be too runny. Cut the tomato into very small cubes and add.
Wash the lamb`s lettuce well, spin dry and place in the bowl. Mix with the sauce just before you eat so that it doesn`t muddy.
This salad goes well with grilled or briefly fried meat, but also tastes very good with fresh baguette.
