Ingredients
- 1 bowl lamb`s lettuce, cleaned
- 2 small carrots, diced into small pieces
- 250 g cherry tomato (s)
- 1 apple, slightly tart, peeled, cut into small pieces
- 25 g kernels, mixed (pine, sunflower, pumpkin), roasted
- 7 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, red or dark
- 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon honey (preferably acacia honey)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Mix the lamb`s lettuce, carrots and diced apple with the tomatoes.
- Prepare a dressing of vinegar, mustard, tomato paste and honey, season with salt and pepper and finally add olive oil. Sprinkle with the core mixture.
- Goes very well with poultry or meat dishes.
