• 100 g lamb`s lettuce
• 2 tablespoon pumpkin seeds, roasted

For the dressing:

• 2 tablespoon currant vinegar, black
• 2 tablespoon orange juice, freshly squeezed
• 1 tablespoon walnut oil
• Herbs, freshly chopped, e.g. chives and parsley
• Salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Clean and wash the lamb`s lettuce.
2. Stir the dressing together and season to taste. Put the lamb`s lettuce on plates or in bowls. Pour dressing over it and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
