Wash the lamb`s lettuce and drain well or spin it. Wash and chop the parsley. Finely dice the bacon and onion.
Leave the bacon in a pan or a small saucepan (possibly with a little olive oil). Add the onion and let it tarnish. Add the chopped parsley to the saucepan. Let fry for a minute. Empty the saucepan into the salad bowl and let the food cool down a little.
Add 8 teaspoons of olive oil, 3 - 4 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar and 1 - 2 teaspoons of whole caraway seeds, season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Mix the drained lamb`s lettuce with the dressing and serve immediately.
The quantities are intended for a side salad, as a main course I use at least 250 grams of salad and the corresponding quantities of ingredients for 2 people.
