• 120 g lamb`s lettuce, cleaned
• 100 g feta cheese
• 60 g walnuts
• 3 cloves garlic
• some olive oil
• salt
• pepper

Instructions

1. Puree the lamb`s lettuce with walnuts, salt and pepper. Crumble the feta into small pieces with a fork. Stir the feta into the lamb`s lettuce mixture and mix with olive oil to the desired consistency.
2. Sufficient for approx. 500 grams of pasta.
