Boil the 4 eggs hard and let them cool. Clean the lamb`s lettuce and place in a salad bowl with the corn. Finely chop the onion. Quarter the eggs and cut into small pieces and add to the rest of the salad. Season the salad with vinegar, oil, salt and pepper and add a pinch of sugar if necessary.
Halve the cocktail tomatoes and place around the edge of the plate, then season with salt and pepper. Now mix the salad and arrange it in the middle of the plate.
If you want to eat the salad as the main meal, chicken breast or ciabatta goes well with it.
