Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients for the dressing well with a hand blender.
  2. Clean, mix, wash and dry salads. Debark the bread and dice the bread.
  3. Melt the butter in a pan, fry the bread cubes until golden, then dab on a paper towel.
  4. Cut out the thick stalk of the oyster mushrooms. Cut the mushrooms into wide strips. Heat butter in a pan and fry the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange on plates.
  5. Marinate the salads with the dressing and place with the mushrooms.
  6. Scatter the bread cubes on top.
