Mix the ingredients for the dressing well with a hand blender.
Clean, mix, wash and dry salads. Debark the bread and dice the bread.
Melt the butter in a pan, fry the bread cubes until golden, then dab on a paper towel.
Cut out the thick stalk of the oyster mushrooms. Cut the mushrooms into wide strips. Heat butter in a pan and fry the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange on plates.
Marinate the salads with the dressing and place with the mushrooms.
