Instructions
Wash lamb`s lettuce, sort and spin dry. Cut the beetroot into cubes. Roughly chop the nuts. Mix everything together. For the vinaigrette, mix together the oil and vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Carefully fold in the lettuce.
