• 50 g sunflower seeds
• 1 teaspoon olive oil
• 1 small onion (s)
• 2 tablespoon vinegar (sherry vinegar)
• 2 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon horseradish, grated
• salt and pepper
• sugar

Instructions

1. Drain the prepared lamb`s lettuce on a sieve. Roast the sunflower seeds in olive oil until golden brown. Mix the salad with the marinade and sprinkle with the seeds before serving.
