• 250 g blueberries
• 200 g sheep cheese, or oat cheese in brine
• 250 g cocktail tomatoes
• 2 teaspoons olive oil, depending on your taste
• 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar, depending on your taste

Instructions

1. Clean and wash the lettuce. Cut the cheese as firm as possible into smaller pieces. Mix everything well, put in a cool place. Add the vinegar and oil just before consumption and mix well.
