Instructions

  1. Dice the pork belly and fry in oil. Deglaze with the vinegar and bring to the boil briefly. Add the cream and the pressed garlic. Season with pepper and nutmeg. Let simmer gently for 10 minutes.
  2. Before the dressing is drizzled over the salad, let the sauce cool down for 10 minutes.
