• 100 g sour cream
• 1 tablespoon herb vinegar
• 1 tablespoon dill, finely chopped, preferably fresher
• 1 pinch sugar
• 1 tablespoon milk or cream, if you like
• salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Clean and wash the lamb`s lettuce, peel and dice the cucumber. Mix the dressing and season to taste. Put the lamb`s lettuce and cucumber in a bowl and pour the dressing over it. Can also be served nicely on plates.
