- Sort out the lamb`s lettuce, clean, wash and spin dry well. Then put in a bowl.
- Mix lemon juice, salt, pepper and sugar into a salad dressing from sour cream and pour over the salad. Fold in well.
- Wash the parsley, shake dry and chop finely. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of parsley over the salad and serve.
- Serve with fresh baguette or rye bread coated with butter.
