• 450 g lamb`s lettuce
• 200 ml sour cream
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• salt
• pepper
• 1 pinch (s) sugar
• 0.5 ½ bunch parsley

Instructions

1. Sort out the lamb`s lettuce, clean, wash and spin dry well. Then put in a bowl.
2. Mix lemon juice, salt, pepper and sugar into a salad dressing from sour cream and pour over the salad. Fold in well.
3. Wash the parsley, shake dry and chop finely. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of parsley over the salad and serve.
4. Serve with fresh baguette or rye bread coated with butter.
