• 80 g lamb`s lettuce
• 150 g strawberries
• 20 g sunflower seeds

For the dressing:

• 100 grams kefir
• 2 tablespoon vinegar
• 1 teaspoon oil
• 1 tablespoon chives, fresh and chopped
• 1 pinch (s) sugar
• salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Clean and wash the lamb`s lettuce. Wash, clean and halve the strawberries if necessary.
2. Make the dressing and season to taste.
3. Place the lamb`s lettuce and strawberries on plates, then pour the salad sauce over them. Finally sprinkle the sunflower seeds on top and serve.
