Cut the feta cheese into cubes, whisk the raw egg. Turn the feta cubes first in the egg, then in plenty of flour. This works best on a large, deep plate. The cubes should be covered with flour on all sides.
Fry the breaded feta cubes in enough hot oil in a large pan until golden on all sides.
Carefully wash the lamb`s lettuce, halve the tomatoes, quarter the hard-boiled eggs. Arrange everything on a plate.
Arrange the fried feta cubes on the salad and drizzle everything with the vinaigrette.
