Instructions

  1. Hard boil 4 eggs.
  2. Cut the feta cheese into cubes, whisk the raw egg. Turn the feta cubes first in the egg, then in plenty of flour. This works best on a large, deep plate. The cubes should be covered with flour on all sides.
  3. Fry the breaded feta cubes in enough hot oil in a large pan until golden on all sides.
  4. Carefully wash the lamb`s lettuce, halve the tomatoes, quarter the hard-boiled eggs. Arrange everything on a plate.
  5. Arrange the fried feta cubes on the salad and drizzle everything with the vinaigrette.
  6. Herb butter baguette tastes best with it.
