Clean and wash the lamb`s lettuce. Halve the tomatoes. Quarter the cucumber lengthways and cut into pieces. Put the lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber in a bowl.
Make a dressing from mustard, honey, vinegar and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the salad. Divide the salad on 2 plates.
Turn the goat cream cheese first in flour, then in the beaten egg and finally well in the breadcrumbs and press down a little. Fry the breaded fresh goat cheese in olive oil over medium heat until crispy and drain on kitchen paper. Then arrange on the salad.
