Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the lamb`s lettuce. Halve the tomatoes. Quarter the cucumber lengthways and cut into pieces. Put the lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber in a bowl.
  2. Make a dressing from mustard, honey, vinegar and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the salad. Divide the salad on 2 plates.
  3. Turn the goat cream cheese first in flour, then in the beaten egg and finally well in the breadcrumbs and press down a little. Fry the breaded fresh goat cheese in olive oil over medium heat until crispy and drain on kitchen paper. Then arrange on the salad.
  4. Fresh baguette tastes good with it.
