Wash the lamb`s lettuce, spin dry and arrange on plates.
Heat the butter in a pan and fry the bacon in it. Remove the core from the pear, cut the pear into slices and place in the pan. Fry until the pear slices are lightly browned and the bacon is crispy.
Just before the end of the cooking time, add the balsamic vinegar and honey to the pan and briefly bring to the boil.
Distribute everything decoratively over the lamb`s lettuce.
