Wash the lamb`s lettuce, pluck it and spin dry. Distribute decoratively on 4 plates.
Peel and core the pears and cut into bite-sized pieces. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the pears with the walnuts in them. Put on the plate with the lamb`s lettuce.
In the pan, froth the balsamic vinegar and add enough honey to create a creamy consistency. Spread the sauce on the plates and serve the salad warm.
